Dungeon Siege 1 Skinning Character

This is a tutorial about how to get skins from the ds terrain.dsres there skins are different then sfx skin like lava ,grass , water etc......
to use those skins u have to do this steps.

1-open u tank viewer and click open then navigate to :
mycomputer/c:/(programfiles)/microsoftgames/dungeonsiege
/resources/terrain.dsres

2-now after u click on terrain.dsres you will see ART and WORLD
click ART then BITMAPS then TERRAIN.

3-u will see lot of folders with names on them (dungeon greenstone_1 ,dungeon_redmarble_1 etc ....)pick any folder then click on it u will find 2 different types of files GAS and TEXTURE.

TEXTURE is how the skin gona look like.
GAS is the skin template.

4-now after u choose a skin u like all u do is copy or type the template in the GAS file into your player skin.

for example hiroth castel windows have this template
b_t_keep01_keep_wall-win-a
and for the skull art in the wall of the crypt template
b_t_cry01_wall-skull
if i put in my skin is gona be like this

0 = bt_keep01_keep_wall-win-a;
1 = b_t_cry01_wall-skull;

there the skin is done remember that the templates in the GAS files end with .gas do not copy that only the template
b_t_cry01_wall-skull.gas <<<<do not copy the .gas
